Shipping

Shipping is organized to ensure the fastest and most efficient delivery service possible. The company will not be able to reimburse the portion of the costs requested by the carrier in the event of non-delivery, for this reason we ask our customers to provide a manned delivery address during working hours.
For each delivery order the Customer is required to indicate a telephone number (preferably mobile ) this is to allow the express courier to contact you in case of delivery difficulties. If the delivery is not successful for reasons not attributable to our company, or to the express courier, after 2 consecutive passages, the storage or redelivery costs will be charged as quantified by the express courier or it will be possible to collect the product at the courier sorting point.

Shipping costs:

Shipping costs are estimates only and will be calculated exactly at the time of purchase, based on the billing and shipping information provided to us by the customer. All ships for higher value of €150.00 on Italian territory will be free!

Order fulfillment methods:

Upon receiving the order, our staff takes action to manage it as quickly as possible so that it can be delivered to the courier within five days of receiving it. In case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be processed once the amount due has been received in the account.

All orders received from Monday to Friday will be shipped within five days of receipt.
