1.) Methods and procedures.
Pursuant to the articles. 45 and following of Legislative Decree 21/14, If the customer is a final consumer, he has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract.
1.1 The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal, Within and No later than 14 (Fourteen) calendar days, through the Returns procedure available in the purchases area of the personal profile registered on the site or through the means of communication available to the Customer (WhatsApp and email).
1.1b Personalized products (e.g. initials on the product or modifications) CANNOT be returned.
1.2 In case of withdrawal from the contract, payments made to the Company will be refunded, respecting all the terms set out below:< /span>
2.) Conditions.
The shipping costs for returns are at your expense, we only refund the returned item except in special cases during promotional periods.
2.1 The deadline is met if the consumer sends back the goods Before the period of 14 days has expired.
2.2 Our company can withhold the refund until it has received the goods as reported in the art. 56 of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 - Consumer Code.
2.3 Each return procedure is described in detail below.
3.) Procedure.
The procedure for making your return will be described briefly
Contact customer service at the e-mail address shown on the home page of the site www.aboutlet.it and submit the "Return" request, with the reason for the return.
The disposable tag (Guarantee Seal) is perfectly intact and, therefore, has not been removed from the product and each product to be returned is in the same condition in which it was originally shipped to you and must be packaged in an orderly and accurate manner, and has not been used and/or washed and/or treated in any way.
Boxes, protective bags and accessories must be the same as the shipment.
If the tag (guarantee seal) has been removed and/or cut you will NOT be able to proceed with the return.< /span>
The customer has two options to return the goods:
A. Shipping by customer
The customer independently sends the goods by a courier of his choice to our address, the shipment must be tracked and insured, since our company will not respond and assumes no responsibility if the goods arrive damaged or are lost. Once the goods have arrived at our office, they will be checked and we will then issue the refund.
B. Collect from your home (ITALY and Italian addresses only)
We can collect (ITALY only) at the requested address, even if different from the order. The costs for the service vary depending on the area, the prices start from a minimum of €10. (For islands and remote/remote areas, costs start from a minimum of €15) which will be deducted from your refund. (For smaller islands, the cost must be defined according to the area). The cost of the service may vary if the original boxes are not used and/or multiple products are returned.</ p>
4.) Refund.

If the customer has paid on delivery, in this case, he must choose the Bank Transfer for the refund, and provide us with the refund details.
The refund will take place after checking the goods, the customer will receive an email confirming the refund. The cost of the cash on delivery service, shipping and gift wrapping are not refundable.
4B) Refund with Active Promo or Sales
In the event of a partial return of an order in which there was a minimum spend for a promo or sales (e.g. €30 discount on a minimum spend of €199), if the residual value of the order, following the returned, if it is lower than the minimum purchase requirement, the applied discount will be deducted from the refund.
4C) Personalized products CANNOT be returned
5.) Change merchandise.
4.1 The exchange of goods is considered as a RETURN, and will therefore be treated as such. The collection costs are your responsibility.
4.2 The exchange is no longer possible after 14 (fourteen) Days.
4.3 The exchange must be made with products of the same cost or higher.
4.4 In the event that the chosen product is of lower value, the remaining part will be converted into a voucher, which can be used on the site without expiration.
4.5 Customized products cannot be exchanged or returned
